That's what I assumed, though it didn't help much. Front rounded vowels are
Terra Infirma (?) for me. But maybe: a rounded version of [3] as in
non-rhotic "bird, her", but possibly raised/backed one entire cell in the
IPA triangle (which would move it a little toward barred-i; there are no
basic symbols in that area IIRC). Or maybe a French [@] as in 'le, de'
(which is slightly rounded)?? Obviously one would have to hear it. How is
it spelled (not that that will help, either, as my Swedish is ZERO, save for
SAAB, Volvo and Bergmann movies).
