ADMIN: list unheld

As I'm sure you all know by now, the list was held since Thursday/Friday
and just unheld by me now.  I apologize for this long delay: I had a
series of personal difficulties over the weekend, plus a surge of email
on other lists, which caused me not to notice that Conlang wasn't coming
through.  Unfortunately, the list does not notify me when it is held,
so I depend on noticing myself, or in this case being notified by you.
Thanks for the heads-up.
