Well, i've come across the same thing with English speakers. At a message
board I frequently visit, there are occasionally threads where people
complain about how people aren't pronouncing things "correctly". Often, I
prove to them that the variations they think are incorrect, really are
correct (well, accepted) :), and, I don't listen to those types either.
