The denomination is Seventh-day Adventism.  [generic info website:

The town is Collegedale, Tennessee (just outside Chattanooga).  As the name
says, mainly a college town, [well, a university now.

Debbies, Sunbelt/Sovex Granola bars, etc. http://www.mckeefoods.com/ ) Sometimes
referred to as an Adventist ghetto, sometimes more positively as "Happy Valley".
