OK I'll check in too (belatedly): I'm 19, I live in Oxford and I'm at university
in Cambridge, and have made various short-lived stabs at conlangs over the past
couple of years, mostly with the long-term idea of enriching a sci-fi or
fantasy environment (though as with Tolkien, it might really be the other way
round). I have an interest in almost all parts of linguistics and I'm hoping to
switch to it next year (doing music atm which I don't really like). My current
effort is called Darmakke and what I've done so far can be seen at
www.srcf.ucam.org/~tjop2/Darmakke/. Not very original, especially in phonology,
but I aim to spice it up a little on the grammatical front...
