Bitstream sells products called WebFont Maker and WebFont Wizard (http://www.bitstream.com/categories/products/webfonttools/webfontmaker/index.html) that can produce dynamic fonts. They have an evaluation version of WebFont Wizard for download, which only works for 10 days or 10 fonts (whichever comes first). I tried it once, but for some reason that I can't recall decided against using it.
