(Because we're talking about Junk, does the subject count as correct? :)

Just to clarify: Pies, pasties and sausage rolls are definitely the domain of bakeries, canteens/kiosks and the sort of cafe that's likely to sell pies, pasties and sausage rolls. I'd be surprised to see a fish-n-chips shop that sold them. Well, not surprised, but it's not what I expect. I'd be surprised to find one that *didn't* sell souvlaki and dimsims, but I wouldn't be surprised at all to find one that didn't sell PP&SR.

Only souvlaki in fish-n-chips shops here. I was mentioning a more general case.

I think most people would agree. (Though for a worst of both worlds senario, look no further than Australia's o(w)n(ly) fast food chain, Red Rooster. They probably flaunt more health and safety regulations than your average fish-n-chips shoup, but have worse quality of food of KFC.) (Apropos of KFC, in America, do they sell chips or fries? (The difference being size, mostly: chips are much thicker than fries.)) -- Tristan <kesuari@...> Yesterday I was a dog. Today I'm a dog. Tomorrow I'll probably still be a dog. Sigh! There's so little hope for advancement. -- Snoopy
