LOL This reminds me of a story told by the mother of one of my son's
classmates. She is an American married to a Japanese man. She says that
whenever they go out to Asian restaraunts, her husband insists that they be
*authentic*. (I assume that this means Asian owned and operated.) They
were once looking over the menu in a Chinese restaraunt, and she noticed
that some of the dishes were touted as being "row carorie." She pointed
this out to her husband and told him, "Yoshi, I think this place is authentic."
