Whisperers’ Tongue
The Whisperers’ Tongue is spoken by the Whisperers, killer whale/shark/sea

Since 10 (kh, gh, k`, g`, ky, gy, kk, gk, kq, gq, rq, lq) of the 36
consonants in the Whisperer’s Tongue have no IPA symbols, I’ve designed a
description instead.
