I'd imagine CONSTR stands for the construct state, as it is called in
languages such as Arabic. (The syntax is, IIRC, as in the above --
possessed in construct state followed by possessor; the possessor is
either definite or indefinite, as the context requires, to distinguish
between horse.CONSTR king "the horse of a king" and horse.CONSTR the
king "the horse of the king".)
