AIUI: Only ish, in that the governments you said you renounced
something to treat it as renounced. So if you ever wave your passport
at them, they'll not take kindly to it and won't recognize it as
valid.
And AFAICT it's only a minority of governments that have this 'we
don't recognize renunciations done to others' attitude. Most seem to
be of the "well if you don't want us any more, be that way, traitor"
persuasion.
