Oooh... I just remembered, you weren't here when the proposal came up... I
dunno if it's too late to join in, but last I heard, we were still
deciding on the text. It's basically a phonological equivalent of the
translation relay -- we start with some text and pass it on to the next
person with IPA transcriptions, orthography, etc., and that person will
try to render the passage under the constraints of his/her conlang's
phonological rules, and pass it to the next person, etc..
