In Terra Novan (my future English conlang), <y> was adopted for all
/aj/, thus, the first-person singular pronoun is "Y". After a couple of
vowel-shifts, this became /E/, merging with the old /ej/ phoneme (thus,
<sy> = "say" and "sigh").
