Dil is one of the languages covered in Alan Libert's book _Mixed Artifical
Languages_ (published by Lincom Europa, 2003, ISBN = 3 89586 844 2), so you
might want to look for that book.

He says Dil "was another attempt at a better version of Volapuk."
