Possibly because there is a collector; Janko Gorenc watches conlang sites
and lists and occasionally mails people asking for the numbers in their
conlangs.
At any rate, for many conlangs numbers are among the easiest words to make
(especially for a posteriori langs--at least if you have your sound changes
down already).
