AFAIK natlangers (users of natlangs) when borrowing words (especially if
there are no script connections or borrow it through speech) usually
pronounce the original sounds in their own way, and write it using adequate
symbols, loosing original phonetic distinctions AFAIR arabic have three
sonds close to 'h' but every of them are written just 'h' in eurolangs

if there are script connections, and word get into that lang by written
sources it often takes writing of original:
so in modern polish Shakespeare is written as 'Shakespeare', but there are
also oldest sound writing 'Szekspir' which ignores long-short vowel
distinctions, and many other (polish have only six vowels, so don't
distinguish many important for english things)

russian have not that problem becouse it don't use the same script, so every
word is written phonetically

BUT

i.e. hind use special 'dotted' versions of some 'letters' in borrowed or
foreign words (i.e. from arabic or english)


i do not like that tilda idea, becouse there are conflict: similar to e
sound, will be written e~, and many Rokb#$%$#%... will pronounce it as long
e, am i correct, or have i missed something?

but other special symb wouldn't made any doubt
