Is the list being held?

I haven't gotten any mail since late last night, which makes me wonder
if the list has been held. It would have had to have been very close to
the end of the day yesterday, because the last message I got says it was
sent at 11:35 EST last night, meaning that the limit was exceeded VERY
late in the day indeed.
