I hope this isn't too OT, for I know it could help some people here, at
least I hope.
I just figured out how to have international keyboard buttons, and be able
to switch back and forth, using Windows ME ( gag ).
In Control Panel go to the Keyboard properties and go to language.
Add all of the language layouts you want to add to your system.
I have Spanish, English, and the various Nordic language layouts.
Look at the settings past the drop down box and you will seethe option for
"Switch Languages" which will give you the option of 3 different ways (
well, two, one if "none" ).
