Maybe in Modern Hebrew :-P .
Crazy Israelis, abandoning all the cool allophonic restrictions of older
stages of Hebrew!
I'd prefer _espam_ or even _sefam_.
Although actually, since the word _shtayim_ exists, (btw, does anyone
know why/how it breaks the spirantization rules?) i guess _spam_ could
exist too... unfortunately ;-) .
