This sounds like a good idea. Amsterdam is not insurmountably far from
where I live (Braunschweig, Germany, abut 400 km east of A'dam),
it's a city I'd like to see again (I was there six years ago),
and seeing some of my friends from the list in person is a good idea.
I must think about it.
