I expect that since a person is often the subject of a sentance
(not always true).
Therefore a Conlang could used things relative from there. Or
up/above or down/below
while standing on Earth is level. While direction like
East/West/North/South I expect could be based on which ways the
people on the planet live.
If they come from above the equator, then north could be the same
as forward, while right/east, while left/west, and
backwards/behind/south.
