An early conlang of mine was like that. It had started as an auxlang
created to unite the Kiz tribes, and was designed with the grammar of
those languages in mind, thus complete with mutations and the like, but
completely regular, and highly agglutinative. Anyhoo, after several
centuries, a few changes had occured to somewhat complicate matters.
