You just have to make up your own chart. I find US Intl. handiest
for accents, tilde, umlaut. Unless I'm mistaken, all the USI chars. are
also available by using Alt+the num.keypad. Oops, take that back: keypad
has at least two more: oe ligature, s-hacek, both cap and lc
BTW. if there were blanks or other weirdness in my Kash Gold-Sword post, the
only special char. was ñ, n-tilde.
