  Did you ever play the Telephone game? Where one
person whispers something to the next person who
repeats it to the next, and so on, turning the
original phrase into something funny? The Relay is
basically one of those. A text is supplied to the
first person in a conlang, and that person translates
out of the conlang and into their own, before handing
it to the next person. There's a website somewhere
with examples - I don't have access to my links at the
moment...
