Hahahahhahoohohohohehehheeeheheeheehack hack hack.
I much prefer your title! (Though I wonder if
Secret Spice is Sporty Spice's (from the Spice Girls,
duh!) long lost cousin...:) And maybe make it ": The
Secret Spice" in tune with "The Secret Vice".
Also, as much as I've been the one to bring up the
topic over and over, I would like you to write the
forward/introduction. Explaining what conlanging and
conculturing is, what the recipes and descriptions are
about and for, and so on. Would you?
And finally, get me some submissions, all you people
out there!! Like I said, in your conlang would be
great, but a general survey of the culinary habits of
your culture would be fine too! Recipes only in
English are fine (I'm including John Cowan's meatloaf,
for example, and Christophe's escargots, even if
they're not entirely conculture related...).
If nothing else, send me your recipes and I'll
translate them into Aelya or Tatra or something. Or
I'll hold them hostage and bug you with a vocab word a
day until all the vocab for the recipe is done, and
then bug you to translate it! I would really like to
see this happen folks!
Aidan
