I've revised the sound changes yet again, if I may post them here.

I'm trying out umlaut before [i] and [u] as well as [j] and [w]. The goal is to
increase the occurrence of [a] in the resulting word forms. I've also used some
vowel dissimilation to make [oa] and [uo] come out [wa] and [wO]. There are
a couple other changes, as well as the addition of some things that were
missing and other corrections.
