Philippe, if you don't like "vi", use another editor. Somebody using bad tools should blame themselves for not finding better tools, not the toolsmith for making something that satisfies millions of other people. Gedit is well-suited for someone who doesn't want to have to think about what they're doing. It's mouse and menu driven, just like notepad. Paul
