Sounds okay to me, but using the simple affirmative "... avec qui on *peut*..." sounds possible too, if maybe more familiar. And would "avec

It would sound to me like trying to speak "like in a book", that's to say that I wouldn't bother if it was written in a book of high literature (from a Victor Hugo or something like that), but any other case would be a no-no, especially the spoken language :)) .
