How to include a extra/new dictionary file for MS Word (costum.dic > sitarandelle.dic)

Hedaë fellow conlangers!
does anyone knows how to include in MS Word (XP or 2003) a extra/new dictionary
file (just like the one already included called costum.dic)?
explaining: i'd like to have a spelling and grammar option for one of my conlangs, called
Sitarandellë, when i write a text. How the hell can i do that?!
