Nope, nothing I can do about it. Anyhow, your address is Out There,
so eventually it will be found and used both as recipient and as
(forged) sender.

I get about 60-80% spam myself, but I have strong filtering in place,
so effectively I get a few a day also
-- mostly the kind where the payload is in HTML and the plain text is
an excerpt from some public-domain work. Since I use a plain-text email
client, I get to enjoy the unexpected excerpts from _Huckleberry Finn_
and such.
