Boreanesian phonotactics does *not* provide for instances
where vowels would be right next to each other. The underlying
forms of Boreanesian morphemes are:
C CVC CCVC CCCVC
So problems of discussing hiatus or epenthetic consonants
between contiguous vowels never arise. On the other hand,
though, there are many rules regarding epenthetic vowels
between contiguous consonants. There might also be something
called hiatus of contiguous consonants in Boreanesian (but I
have never heard the term used that way before). Anyways, the
morpho-phonemic rules regarding these contiguous consonants in
Boreanesian cannot be ignored.
