I don't think Nik has to be first, necessarily. You announced this
intent several times publically. I think Nik can very gallantly give
way in this instance, if he hasn't already, and let you complete your
page without further development on his own. Whoever hosts a relay
in the future, THAT person can be in charge of a website for it.
