I wasn't in Academic Decathlon (Academic Challenge and
College Bowl person, myself), but we had to learn  most
of the national capitals anyways in World History.  In
Highschool, our Academic Challenge team met in the same
room that the Academic Decathlon class met, and it had
all sorts of nifty games and devices for learning
geography... kinda wished I'd been in the AD class, but
AD wasn't as fun (I was told) as AC was, since all you
do is sit down and take tests in AD, while in AC you
get to buzz in with your answers like in _Jeopardy!_.
