Ok, i see what you mean :). You know though, Hawaiians sound a bit
different than us Californios. Many who have lived there all their lives
tend to aquire the hawaiian pidgin accent (Well, maybe its just my
relatives that do that ;) ). Anyway, i wonder if the different ethnicities
in california have contributed to its fairly uninteresting accent =) (not
counting valleyese. like oh my god!). One thing i cant wait for is my moms
family reunion (The Wykert /Vanderwalls). Most come from the muidwest, so
i can study their accents =).
