Pardon my 2cents-- but there's your problem. DON'T release the tongue tip;
let the air blow out the sides of the tongue. Then release the tongue tip.
Practice--- but without the glottal stop, please-- potluck, gatling,
bottling.
As my carpenter friend kept saying, as we were working on my house, "It's
easy".
And eventually it is :-)
