Thanks for the derivation. In Pilovese, Terkunan would be Taracounes.
I have compiled the list of response that I recieved below. Thanks to
everyone for their responses.
Azurian: pilovesisk (just like Norwegian and Danish).
Czech: Pilovstina (there is a hacek over the s) (There is a hacek over the c
in hacek... Careful, this could create an infinite loop.)
Dialectal lowland Urianian: pilovik.
