I like "Pilovese."  It puts me in mind of an operetta.  "My Lady, the
Pilovese ambassador is here."  Rather like the Grand Duchy of Fenwick!

Swahili: kipilova
Haitian Creole: pilove (analogous to franse and angle)
Rumanian: pilovetse (there should be a comma under the s)
