[TEE] back?

Hi,

I have uploaded a revised version of the conlang tee webpage. The new url
(yes, brand-new!) may take a day or two to get proper internet distribution.

I still don't know if I will re-start the project proper. But at least the
scripts are there for everyone to ooh and aah over.

Also, the web folders component of MSIE5 sucks as the ftp client it claims
to function as. I shall never use it again.
