Dot vot you tink. My wife used to be a telephone operator in Florida
back before direct intercity dialing, and routinely connected calls to
Hollywood, Florida (it was founded in hopes -- never fulfilled -- that
it would become a movie-making center). When she moved to Denver
(that would be Denver, Colorado), she handled a caller asking for
"Hollywood such-and-such a number" by passing him to a remote operator
in -- you guessed it -- Hollywood, Florida, out of habit.
Much embarrassment even 30 years later.
