Yeah, I did consider that. But I figured that my post was a bit too
long and rambling already, so I didn't bother. I decided to let
you guys have a look and listen first...
I'll post a breakdown soon.
As much as I'd love to pretend that I did, no. What I did was,
I tried to do it in one go, and if I stumbled on something or
made an unsatisfactory pronunciation, I just tried that phrase
again. I then went back and edited the file to remove the
failed attempts. I also did some creative editing to make it
/sound/ more like it was a continuous reading. :-)

Interesting to hear that. Finnish has been quite a heavy influence
on my taste in phonology, and though I didn't consciously intend
kontaxta to be that way, it's interesting to have someone notice
this. (I also feel compelled to point out that I developed an
interest in Finnish before I'd read Tolkien or knew of his conlangs!)
Oh, and sorry for the bad wrapping in the kontaxta text in my
original post. I blame my text editor!
