Yeah, that exist in Hungarian. Example:
Mau macskája = Mau's cat
macska = cat
macskája = a cat of somebody.
but that phrase is just a shorter form. The whole form is that:
Maunak a macskája
where 'a' is the definite article and 'Mau' is in dative case.
