Neither I claim so. As for translits, too much rivalry between differnt schools
does no good for the job.

I couldn't find it either. Search for "дорожные знаки".
The difference is in rendering _е_ as |e| or |ye| situationally, and using
|shch| instead of |sch| for _щ_.
