Hi all. I know that's OT but I've downloaded some Russian MP3's and on my Western windows the titles became gibberish. Is there an official system of transliteration/transcription of Russian into the Latin alphabet, I mean a system used internationally and/or approved by the Russian government or by scholars? Thanks.
