No (and the somewhat similar Flemington Road and Royal Parade remain
the same too). I'd never heard of that proposal though. They have
though changed "Spencer Street Station" to "Southern Cross Station",
which I would've thought required a relocation and an interstellar
train ride, but apparently not...
