I've rarely had anything like *that* happen, but I have stopped to think about an interesting structure in the English, or try to figure out just what is happening gramatically. I've also thought about how it might be expressed in W., but not an actual translation, just something like "what case would this noun be in", or "what aspect would the verb use?" type thing. I've also thought about how the meaning of the English would change with the addition or subtraction of a single word. -- "It has occured to me more than once that holy boredom is good and sufficient reason for the invention of free will." - "Lord Leto II" (Dune Chronicles, by Frank Herbert) http://members.tripod.com/~Nik_Taylor/X-Files/ ICQ #: 18656696 AOL screen-name: NikTailor
