Would anyone care to fill in a questionnaire?

Hello all,

Here comes the stupid teenager, and asks a dumb favour of everyone.

This Thursday I will be presenting my long-awaited conlang report, and I
would extremely appreciate it if someone could spare the time to fill in
my questionnaire (which is essentially a relex of the Conlanger Code) so
that the paper looks more, say, corpulent :-)

It is really short and doesn't require much writing - rather ticking off
applicable things, though feel free to write comments.

Also, I mentioned that I would appreciate it if some of you sent me
their Babel texts.
