Hiragana (Japanese) can be written cursively, although it's my
impression that this is nowadays done rarely except for the purpose of
calligraphic art. I haven't explicitly seen this referred to
anywhere, though.

There are cursive and semicursive styles of Chinese and Japanese
calligraphy using logograms, too, although they seem rather hard to
decipher.
