Emergency! Shoebox not working!

Help me!!!!! My copy of shoebox appears to have broken. I just tried to open a .prj
file (the one I'm using to keep all my Aredos and Carashan vocabulary in) and
apparantly "this file is not in Shoebox 3/4 format" and it asks me to select an
appropriate database format, instead of the normal 4.0. It's doing this with
all my .prj files. What's happening, and what can I do?

BTW, what do the rest of you keep vocab lists in? Maybe I should change program
again. PC's just aren't as reliable as my old Psion.
