I do sometimes, but "Ada'll" just sounds odd, I think it's cause of the
/dl=/ at the end. Actually, I guess it's not a grammatical, but a
phonetic, restriction for me. Nik'll (or Steg'll) are acceptable in my
idiolect, altho they still sound kinda weird. But with final vowels,
especially /@/, I tend to avoid that contraction.
