According to the Chinese linguist, Yuen Ren Chao, it occurs in the
Yunnan dialect of Mandarin. In that dialect Mandarin /k/ (Pinyin _g_) is
pronounced [?], and /k_h/ (Pinyin _k_) is pronounced [?_h]
